- VAT - VAT is applicable to all conference fees at 17.5% and a VAT invoice or receipt will be sent to delegates for all bookings. VAT No. GB 241 581 868.2
- Cancellation - to avoid penalties, any cancellations and details of changes must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing before 18 September 2011 will be subject to an administration fee of Euro 80 or GBP 60. Cancellation or non-arrival after this date will be liable for the total amount of attendance.
- All speakers, committee members and delegates must complete the booking form and pay an attendance fee.
- Any additional items (e.g. Conference Dinner) ordered at the Conference must be paid for at the time.
- Conference details are subject to unforeseen change and the Association reserves the right to change the content of the programme and speakers without prior notification.
- Speakers must register no later than Friday 10 September 2012.
